Does it sound like AI?

Generic AI does. Our per-niche prompts pull in local detail (neighborhoods, school districts, commute times) and forbid the SEO sludge phrases ("in today's market", "perfectly placed"). You can edit any output before publishing. Most users tweak one or two lines.

Can I publish straight to my site?
